With our products, you promote the longevity of your machines. You also save costs and important resources - starting with our sustainable packaging material.

FLYER BOWS FOR STRANDING MACHINES

Compared to conventional flapping bows made of metal or plastic, our composite flyer bows are made of multi-layer composite materials that are also used in aerospace engineering. The special carbon fibre mesh is produced individually in pressure casting moulds. As a result, the impact bars are very resistant, long-lasting and suitable for even the most extreme stresses in processing machines.

CONTACT BANDS

Our high-quality contact strips are characterised by their particular robustness, dimensional stability and high conductivity. The high conductivity ensures a uniform current distribution throughout the entire workpiece and increases the quality of your annealing process. Ready to install, wound onto a suitable diameter or for self-assembly with overlapping ends.

CONTACT TUBES.

Our high-quality contact tubes, annealing tubes, rings and rollers guarantee the best results. We rely on high-temperature-resistant, uniformly processed materials that impress with their lasting quality.

DRAWING TOOLS

Thinner, longer, smoother? Without the right, reliable drawing tool, the forming, refining or modification of wire is unthinkable. Increase the quality and precision of your end products - discover our wide range of high-quality drawing tools in a variety of sizes and shapes.

CARBON BRUSHES &HOLDERS

When it comes to carbon brushes, electrical and thermal conductivity are just as important as high temperature stability and good running properties to ensure optimum contact. You can rely on our carbon brushes and carbon brush holders. They convince with quality and individuality to meet your requirements.

HIGH-QUALITY SEALS

In order to effectively protect machines and assemblies against the ingress or escape of liquids and gases and to deliver the best possible results, one spare part is indispensable: the seal. We offer you a large selection of mechanical seals, shaft seals, laminar rings and O-rings in the highest material quality.

MECHANICAL SPARE PARTS

Nothing works without them: mechanical spare parts are essential components to keep your machines running for a long time to come. With our machine parts made from high-quality and durable materials, you can ensure a safe and complication-free future. The replacement parts are suitable for all technical requirements and are a perfect fit for common machine models in the wire and cable industry.

ELECTRONIC SPARE PARTS.

If the electricity doesn't flow, production comes to a standstill. Fast action is required! With our electronic spare parts, you are choosing the right path: With simple assembly, high compatibility, quality and reliability, our accessories ensure an uninterrupted, reliable power flow.

REGRINDING WORK ON DRAWING TOOLS

Why buy new when you can simply and cheaply repair? In addition to our wide range of new drawing tools, we also provide professional regrinding work for your used drawing tools. Depending on the wear and tear, the service life can be significantly extended by regrinding, polishing, recoating or other repair work. This saves you labour and money and is good for the environment at the same time.
